The Hurts of Love....

Somethings never change. The more you try to hold on someone the more difficult it becomes to hold that person. Life really is unfair sometimes .You try to run and it pulls you back just when you think you are going to be safe. Life is a vicious circle and that everything repeats itself. Sometimes you come to think, if love is so important to have that one doesn't want to lose it, why is it when we find true love we often don't notice it? Being in love is supposed to feel great. But sometimes it just feels confusing doesn't it?

A healthy relationship is a fact based on RESPECT. You have fun together, you both feel like you can be yourself, ,you can have different opinions and interests, you listen to each other, you trust each other, you can both compromise, say sorry, and talk arguments out you don't have to spend all of you spare time together - you can spend time on your own, or with your own friends and family. Someone who loves you should, make you to feel good about yourself. No one has the right to abuse you and make you feel so bad or confused. Love does not have to hurt but it often seems to. It's like listening to the music of love you will hear it telling stories about the pain and sorrow of unfulfilled love. Someone left, someone cheated, or someone died and left someone sad and alone. Love is such a strong positive emotion that it is inevitable that there will be some pain associated with it at some time. You remember your first love and you always will while those that follow diminish in the distance and fade in the past. The truth, however, is that love does not hurt but it is the falling out of love or not having love that really hurts. And the higher you are, such as in the heights of passion or the tower of a long-term love, the harder the fall. A break-up, divorce, death, or abandonment are some of the most painful experiences of life because we miss our love so much.
We all need 3 things in life 1. To make God the priority of our Lives, 2. To not be alone or feel alone, and 3. To be appreciated and loved for whom we are. We seek fulfillment in the love of others when we often need to love ourselves just as much. Love doesn't hurt, on the contrary, it is amazing! It basically is the absence of mutual love that hurts. Love is a bond between two people that goes beyond logic and reason, one that overwhelms the mind and senses enough to do things that are aporiable.
A sad thing about Love is that, when you meet someone who means a lot to you only to find out in the end that it was never meant to be and you just have to let go...
